The Ligaflex Manu wrist and thumb immobilisation support is a high quality wrist and thumb brace that provides firm support for both the thumb and the wrist. Simplified design ensures that the brace is easy to fit, adjust and remove. It has a combination of rigid supports and straps that are x-ray transparent, the stays are adjustable for comfort and it also features a palm support ensuring maximum comfort when worn. This wrist and thumb brace is recommended for the following conditions – mild sprains of the wrist and / or thumb, severe thumb sprains, scaphoid bone fractures (post surgery treatment), tendinitis, tendon disorders of the wrist and thumb, inflammatory phases of rheumatic diseases such as arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, following carpal tunnel surgery, for support after a wrist injury and De Quervain’s disease.
