The MyPrim Kids Knee Support Support is a high quality, high performance knee support with a patella pad and splints for extra knee stabilisation and support. Ergonomically designed for children for comfort and support following a knee injury such as an knee instabilities, after knee surgery, knee injuries, knee contusions, femoropatellar injuries, knee injuries that require centring or unloading of the patella and Osgood Schlatter disease. Easy to fit, adjust and remove.
Features a removable patella pad – relieves pain, centres and stabilises the kneecap preventing unwanted movement. Spiral side stays stabilise the knee joint in the mediolateral direction allowing flexion / extension movement. Rear Velcro fasteners enables you to adapt the knee brace and leaves the popliteal area open for increased comfort. Available in two sizes and recommended for children aged between 2-12 years old – sizing and measurement information can be found below. Latex free.
Material Information – Made using a honeycomb technical sports fabric with terrycloth lining which absorbs moisture and enhance breathability helping to maintain healthy skin. Padded Lycra fabric with bio-directional elasticity, flexibility, lightweight, and excellent breathability – adapts naturally to the joint. It’s internal texture prevents the support from moving or slipping. Thermal adhesive tapes with seamless bonding technology are soft and mouldable and ensure less chafing on the skin, promoting comfort and mobility. Soft and resistant velour fabric ensures secure fastening of the micro velcro closures.
